Our R&D consists of four mechanical and hardware engineers with university degrees. They release an average of four new products yearly, with an average time-to-market of two to three months. In addition, they have rich experience in mobile phone development, and have worked with world top five mobile phone OEMs for many years, thus allowing for faster reaction times and more accurate quality.
QC staff monitors the entire cycle of the product, from design and development, processing and vendor development to the production and delivery. We verify all products before packaging, and this stringent process has earned us KCC certification.
We provide quotes for OEM/ODM projects based on specifications within two weeks, and prototypes are ready in four weeks, depending on the product type. After-sales service is handled by our English-speaking sales team available for immediate response either by email or telephone. One-year warranty on manufacturing defects is also provided.
